I can't believe that we got up at 3 am and was on the road by 4 am.This was are first stop we still had 6 hours to go to get to Deadhorse AK. ... We got into Deadhorse around 5:30 pm and got our room two twin beds, we went and had dinner then went back to our room and crashed, because we have to be up around 5:30 to get ready for our tour at 7am of the Prudhoe Bay oil fields and the Alaska Pipeline. ... Leaving Coldfoot with an early start, we had another really nice morning to greet us. The "town" of Deadhorse was kind of alien looking also, but it is strictly a temporary working site, as there are NO permanent residences allowed there - period. ...
