Feb 19, 2010 - 1 week mark!

Feb 24, 2010 Leaving for Amsterdam in an hour! Last few days have been a blast!!! Lots of dancing and fit in some sightseeing. Big Ben, The London Eye & The British Natural History Museum. ... Jess and Jason arrive on the 7th and we will be living with Kenny as his new roommates (In a temporarily vacant room) until the end of March before venturing out to our own place in London!! Here we come AMSTERDAM! xoxo Feb 19, 2010 Karlee and I have been here a week now -- Feels like longer =) We have been hitting lots of local spots, hit Covent Garden area a couple of times and strolled the wicked stalls and shops in Camden market! The urge to freak out and buy everything is currently in check, I have only splurged on my hair (for now)! The clothes over here are so great -- I love how fashion forward it is! Karlee and I are planning to go to Holland next week! So we are super excited about that!! Looking for work, a flat, etc. ...

Feb 10, 2010 - Work Life in the UK Begins

What I have learnt: • I can not read a map and need to learn this skill- and hopefully quickly • Snow is beautiful especially in the English country-side. The recruitment consultant wondered why I was reluctant to take another community position outside of London which means yet more driving, I ask you?! Still I managed to negotiate my way around today without any problems. ... Things must to looking up.
