Sep 1, 2010 - the drives
I was doing my daily pre-start checks on the engines when i noticed that the oil reservoir on the Port side Arneson Drive was low. We were at the dock in a pretty little marina in Procida just off the coast of Naples, so i got a mask and upended myself on the transom and stuck my head under water to have a look. ... Sopping wet i relayed that everything looked normal but our options were to do the short run around the corner to the anchorage we were going to anyway and i could have a better look in the water around there and we were only 8M from the Marina for tonight and the BAIA shipyard.I was doing my daily pre-start checks on the engines when i noticed that the oil reservoir on the Port side Arneson Drive was low.
