The week started off on Friday night when we took a night train to Paris! We all took a night train from Milan and got set up in our cuchettes. ... Dec 20, 2009 - Change of plans!
So after expecting to board the train today to head to Amsterdam I arrive to the train station to find out that all the trains for the day have been cancelled! They have been having problems with the trains for the past 36 hours and I found out that there is also a snow storm in Amsterdam after talking to my uncle Tony and someone else just told me that there is frost on the rails. So I am stuck in Paris for one more day! I came back to the hostel I've been staying at and they are booked with no rooms to fit me in anywhere! So I've been spending the afternoon trying to find a cheap decent hostel to stay at for the night. ... My museum pass is expired and my legs and feet are killing me so I think I will just take it easy today and relax at the other hostel I booked for the night. So after expecting to board the train today to head to Amsterdam I arrive to the train station to find out that all the trains for the day have been cancelled!
